Team Nadodigal joins again for Reporter

 Samudrakani, Abhinaya and Ananya, who teamed up in the 2009 Tamil super hit Naadodigal, will be part of upcoming Malayalam flick The Reporter, directed by Venugopan.

Samudrakani, who made his Malayalam debut with Mohanlal-starrer Shikar last year, will play a Crime Branch officer in The Reporter; Abhinaya will play the love interest of Kailash, while Ananya will appear as a visual media reporter.

The Reporter, an investigative thriller scripted by S. Sureshkumar, will start rolling by September 25.

Poraali to bring the positive things

Poraali is all set to bring the positive side of the metro which is directed by Samuthirakani. The film has five protagonists in which four of them were Sasikumar, Swathi, Allari Naresh, Vasundhara and Niveditha.

On speaking to the press Sasikumar said “Although the film deals with the struggle faced by each and every man but it will be lively as it showcases the positive things. It is about how four individuals face some problems and come together at one point of time. I wanted to take a break from direction after Easan and so I am acting.

Poraali is going to have a right mixture of humor, sentiment and action like earlier films of Samuthirakani and Sasikumar.

Music for the film is composed by Taj Noor while cinematography is by S. R. Kathir.
