Mankatha, by the looks of it, is a film about gambling, match fixing and booking. Rumor mills suggested that Mankatha is indeed an inspiration or a remake from Jannat. However, reacting swiftly, The Producer of Mankatha, Dhayanaidhi Alagiri, denied any truth in the rumors.
The producer promises Mankatha as a different film from the film suspected to be its original version.Mankatha has an ensemble star cast with Trisha, Arjun and Anjali. Hence, the film’s expectations soared over the course of the shooting. Mankatha is expected to release in late July or early August.
