Legal trouble for Ramya Krishnan

A Chennai court has issued bailable warrant against Ramya Krishnan and her sister Vinaya Krishnan, acting on a case filed by Kutti Padmini, who is an actress and television serials producer.
In her complaint, Kutti Padmini alleged that she, on behalf of her production company, entered into an agreement with a company run by Ramya and Vinaya, to produce a serial titled Kalasam.
'However, both Ramya and Vinaya have breached the agreement and did not give credit to me. Earlier they accepted to appoint me as the creative director of the serial,' she said.
Meanwhile, circles close to Ramya Krishnan have denied the allegations. Her counsel has moved the court seeking to quash the warrant against her.
