To make sure that common man understands each and every line of Vande Mataram, Dr Pallavi Mishr, lyricist of Gandhi to Hitler, has taken the mantle of translating the National song, which is in Sanskrit to Hindi for the mentioned film.
This song would be the first full fledged version since AR Rahman’s Vande Mataram in 1997. Aman Benson Band will be composing and singing it.
Gandhi to Hitler starring Neha Dhupia and Raghuveer Yadav in the lead is slated to release on 29 July, 2011. It is directed by Rakesh Ranjan Kumar.
