Earlier, it was reported that sexy siren Mallika Sherawat will perform as Kollywood’s Munni , the item song in Simbu’s Osthi (remake of Dabangg). Reportedly the actress has been paid a whopping Rs. 1.2 crores to do this item number in Tamil.
And Shruti Haasan is not giving voice for her. Now the latest buzz is that veteran singer L.R. Eshwari and Simbu’s father T. Rajendar have sung this racy number. In Osthi, music director Thaman has used the tunes from two songs of the Telugu flick Mirapakai; this much hyped item number is yet to be recorded and shot.
