Director Ventakt Prabhu who was busy with work relating to the timely release of Ajith's 'Mankatha' is a disappointed man now. The reason for disappointment - songs of his soon-to-be-released film 'Mankatha' was released on the internet! Irked by this the director sprang to act immediately and is reported to have nabbed the culprits behind this crime.
Despite putting a hold on further downloading of the songs, Venkat Prabhu is peeved about how such things as this can happen despite strict measures being taken to curb piracy. To add more fuel to the director's anger is the fact that it was thala's fans who were the majority to have downloaded the pirated songs.
Ajith is one actor among the present generation heroes, who commands a lot of respect from his peer group as well as fans of other heroes too.
Many young heroes of the industry are themselves 'Thala' fans, and one of the prominent ones among then being Simbu. The actor who has been shooting for 'Osthi' was disappointed when he came to know about the 'Mankatha' music leak, that too on the verge of the songs being released (the music album of the film will be officially launched tomorrow). The actor on his part has urged all film lovers and fans to curb piracy and buy and authentic music DVDs.
The audio rights for this multi-starrer has been bagged by Sony Music and the organization is leaving no stones unturned to curb piracy, they are tracking down culprits internationally who are uploading these songs on their websites and are taking steps for the legal copy of their songs to reach the audience.
