Kerala court issues summons to Meera Jasmine

If recalled there is a pop-up regarding the summons issued to Meera Jasmine for not attending the shoot and now in the same case the actress was issued summons by the CJM court in Kozhikode.
Inspite of taking the advance amount the actress is not honoring her commitment to do a film. Meera has approached the Kerala High Court saying that she should be granted exemption from making a personal appearance in the court but the court has rejected her appeal and asked her to appear at the court on or before August 8. The case was filed by producer KA Devarajan and in the plea the producer claimed that Meera Jasmine has been paid an advance of Rs five lakh but she failed to attend the shoot.
On her side Meera said that the producer has changed the story and committed the shoot of the film with another heroine. The actress has two films to be released in Tamil, Mambattiyan and Adhinarayana and however she has quit films in her mother tongue.
This producer was irked with Meera Jasmine which made to finally approach the court.
